nothing really matters CLUB 69 VOCAL CLUB MIX

Fans were introduced to the Club 69 remixes of "Nothing Really Matters" in November 1998 at VH1's Fashion Awards show -- the remix was used as the backdrop for a gorgeously done Madonna retrospective clip, and fans got salivating. The Club 69 mixes leaked out quickly, but fans had to wait until spring 1999 to finally hear them on CD. The Club 69 Vocal Club Mix and its accompanying Radio Edit charmed Madonna followers, with many claiming the mix even surpassed the album version. Indeed, these mixes were the only saving grace for the single, as "Nothing Really Matters" bombed on the pop charts despite being a smash in clubs.
